A Treatise on the Concept of Knowledge

I SHALL POSIT THAT, knowledge is a concept fundamental to understand and hold for the success of any human.
Why?
In two sentences, knowledge is the conception of concepts. It is the supreme force, the REASON, the LOGOS, of everything.
In a paragraph, it is because no matter how simple it may sound, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. Without power, we are nothing. Power is influence. Power is connections. Power is why we survived the last two years.
Operation Highjump failed, and make no mistake, this was because of KNOWLEDGE. Knowledge of our terrain, of the ENTITIES, and of LIFE ITSELF.
That is why we prevailed.

Polheim was lost. Many brave men were lost.
Yet is the mere fact I am still writing to you all today not proof that we prevailed?
That we, an organization, held off an entire nation?
We still breathe. We still have our KNOWLEDGE.
KNOWLEDGE is how I formed this organization. The knowledge which no other people on Earth held.
The KNOWLEDGE ON THE ENTITIES.
THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE WORLD.
THE KNOWLEDGE, ULTIMATELY, ON LIFE.
How it works. How it is.

My main message to you all, my comrades, is what to learn from me.
What is fundamental to understand, for not only your success in my organization, but for success in your life itself.

To be extremely specific, and to eliminate all clouds of vagueness, I need YOU ALL, my administrators, to understand the concept of-and hold immense-KNOWLEDGE.

FOR ALL OF YOU, gain the knowledge of multiple languages and scripts.
With the influx of new comrades from foreign lands, this will prove indispensable.

FOR THE FORT KAPITANS, gain the knowledge of the terrain around, above, and below you. The forts you control, administrate, and expand upon ARE OUR LINE OF DEFENSE AGAINST OUR ENEMIES. IF MANY FALL, WE ALL FALL.

FOR THE PATHFINDERS, conquer the planes which are unconquerable.
WITH THE USAGE OF KNOWLEDGE, IT WILL BE INEVITABLE.

ALL OF YOU. LEARN FROM THE R DIVISION. COOPERATE WITH THEM.
Researchers, scientists and chroniclers, are not mere laymen.
They are the geniuses which fuel this organization.
You are merely the ones who guide them.

I SHALL END WITH THIS.
The future is uncertain.
It most likely, always will be.
BUT ONE THING IS CERTAIN.
WE HAVE A EDGE VERY FEW PEOPLE HAVE EVER HAD.
If we want to survive,
We must utilize and manifest this edge.
WE MUST GAIN SUPREME KNOWLEDGE, IN A SENSE, A “SUPREMACY OF MIND”.
Of anything we can, and hopefully, everything that is.
